It's what EVERYBODY needs, but people don't buy what the NEED. People buy what they WANT.  It's a mental satisfaction self-imposed feedback loop.

To discover what I mean let's talk with F.R.E.D. to figure out this need vs want issue. I use FRED for my example of Fear, Results, Expectations & Desires. 

Oh yeah, we all know "this guy" He's fearful of moving toward the results he needs, so his expectations never fulfill his desires (what he really wants).  Why? because he bought what he wanted, not what he needed to eliminate the problem he expected to no longer have after his purchase/participation. So he still wants and needs, see the feedback loop? 

The reality that has to click is that, results only come from solutions to needs, not wants.

In your niche, people have problems, desires, dreams, goals, and interests.
Right? 
Yep!  We all do.
